3. Do you offer tracking?
Yes! Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number, where available. Please allow a few days for tracking info to update.
4. Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders can only be canceled or changed within 6 hours of purchase. After that, the order may already be processed by the supplier and cannot be altered.
5. What if my item is damaged or defective?
Please contact us at support@toffeesession.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a refund or replacement if eligible.
6. Do you accept returns?
We do not accept returns due to the international nature of our supply chain. However, we offer refunds or replacements for items that are defective, incorrect, or not delivered after 45 business days.
